The ESRI – Geodatabase Design and Spatial Analysis using ArcGIS Pro 3.2 course aims to reinforce and introduce intermediate-level concepts and techniques related to the theory and application of geographic information systems (GIS) and science.

Topics such as spatial data management, sampling and interpolation, map algebra, and terrain analysis will be covered in this course. At the end of each lesson, you are going to work on your own project, starting from formulating a problem, fetching data, data clean-up, running analysis, and presentation of the results.

Dr. Gargi Chaudhuri is a Professor of Geography and Environmental Science at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, renowned for her expertise in Geographic Information Science (GIS) and Urban Analytics. She teaches courses on GIS using ArcGIS and Python, Webmapping using Javascript, Sustainable Urbanization, and Transportation Equity. With a Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, she has dedicated her career to understanding the dynamics of urbanization, land use change, and environmental sustainability. Dr. Chaudhuri’s research, published in esteemed journals and presented at international conferences, contributes significantly to the interdisciplinary field of Geography.
